Spa Etiquette/POLICIES
  • Please arrive 30 minutes in advance if using facilities or 5 minutes in advance if going directly to your treatment.
  • We ask that you do not bring children with you to your appointment so that you may be nurtured without interruption.
  • Please keep your voices to a minimum when in the spa so you don't interrupt our guests having treatments or wishing to relax.

Credit Card: ‍In order to secure your appointment, a credit card will be taken at time of booking.‍

Cancellations: If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid our cancellation policy. We do charge the full amount of services that are cancelled within 48 hours.

Group Bookings: For groups of 4 or more, there is an automatic 25% gratuity added and a 7-day cancellation policy.

Gratuities:‍ Gratuities may be given in appreciation for excellent service.

Health & Safety: It is our commitment to meet or exceed all state and local regulatory guidelines relating to sanitization and hygiene.
  • Please wait at the entrance and you will have a general health question screening prior to entering the spa.
  • Mask-wearing will become optional for employees and guests in The Spa starting on March 12, 2022 with the following exception: Masks must still be worn during massage services by both guests and massage therapists as mandated by the Department of Health.
