  • Please arrive 30 minutes in advance if using facilities or 5 minutes in advance if going directly to your treatment.
  • We ask that you do not bring children with you to your appointment so that you may be nurtured without interruption.
  • Please keep your voices to a minimum when in the spa so as not to interrupt our guests having treatments or wishing to relax.

Credit Card: ‍In order to secure your appointment, a credit card will be taken at time of booking.‍

Cancellations:‍ If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.‍

Gratuities:‍ Gratuities may be given in appreciation for excellent service.

Product Sales:‍ All product sales are final.‍

Gift Cards:‍ Gift cards may be purchased at the Spa, over the phone and on-line in any dollar amount.

Health & Safety: It is our commitment to meet or exceed all state and local regulatory guidelines relating to sanitization and hygiene.
  • Please wait at the entrance and you will have a general health question screening prior to entering the spa.
  • Mask-wearing will become optional for employees and guests in The Spa starting on March 12, 2022 with the following exception: Masks must still be worn during massage services by both guests and massage therapists as mandated by the Department of Health.
