  • Please arrive 30 minutes in advance if using facilities or 5 minutes in advance if going directly to your treatment.
  • We ask that you do not bring children with you to your appointment so that you may be nurtured without interruption.
  • Please keep your voices to a minimum when in the spa so as not to interrupt our guests having treatments or wishing to relax.

Credit Card: ‍In order to secure your appointment, a credit card will be taken at time of booking.‍

Cancellations:‍ If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.‍

Gratuities:‍ Gratuities may be given in appreciation for excellent service.

Gift Cards:‍ Gift cards may be purchased at the Spa, over the phone and on-line in any dollar amount.

Willows Lodge was designed with relaxation in mind. From the peaceful gardens to the calming rooms and farm-to-table dining, you'll find countless ways to take your mind off the day-to-day. Come for a relaxing spa treatment, stay for a wellness-filled weekend.

Health & Safety: It is our commitment to meet or exceed all state and local regulatory guidelines relating to sanitization and hygiene.
  • Please wait at the entrance and you will have a general health question screening prior to entering the spa.
  • Masks and temperature checks are required for all guests entering the Spa.
  • In accordance with the Seattle-King County Health Department, all guests entering the spa must show proof of Covid-19 vaccination or a negative FDA approved test taken in the last 72 hours (excluding home tests).
  • All staff are vaccinated and required to wear a mask.
  • Guests having massages are now required to wear their mask the entire time including when your face is in the cradle.
