Designed for the season of new beginnings, this 60-minute sound experience invites you to pause, breathe, and gently unwind. Surrounded by soothing tones, subtle aromatherapy, and light guided breath, you are supported in releasing the week and settling into a sense of calm presence. This Earth & Grain gathering hosted at Sparkman Cellars offers a simple, refreshing way to slow down, reset, and welcome the lightness of spring before the week ahead.
Sukrutha Krishnegowda, Founder & Creative Director of Earth & Grain will be guiding the experience on Saturday, April 18th from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Come in comfortable clothing. For this session you will be provided with:
- Supportive pillow
- Breathable cotton blanket
- A 3×6ft Faux Sheepskin rug (a genuine sheepskin is also available if you prefer)
- Eye-pillow
- A carefully prepared sanctuary for deep rest
