Get out of the board room and head to the farm table for a one-of-a-kind outdoor dining experience.
The concept of farm-to-table has been around for decades but Willows Lodge has taken it to a new level. Typically a chef might purchase produce locally to prepare his dinner menu, but our chef picks the seeds in advance that he would like the farm to grow on his behalf, allowing him an opportunity to experiment with new varieties that lead to more creative, seasonal dishes.
With our "Board Table to Farm Table" promotion, we are proud to partner with Ecolibrium Farms, located just south of the lodge in the Sammamish River Valley for a one-of-a-kind outdoor dining experience. We remove the four walls and ceiling of a traditional restaurant where your group will experience the freshest ingredients harvested from the field, cooked over an open fire to create an evening unlike any other.
