Willows Lodge Promotes Anthony Berkau to Lodge Manager
Woodinville, WA - Willows Lodge announced today the promotion of Anthony Berkau to Lodge Manager. Within his new role, Anthony will continue to oversee the Food and Beverage team and provide operational strength, strategic proficiency, and people leadership expertise across all operational units at Willows Lodge.
"Tony has developed and honed his leadership skills and abilities tremendously since he joined the Willows family in January of 2014 as Restaurant/Wine Manager," said Denny Fitzpatrick General Manager and Managing Director, Willows Lodge. "Tony's leadership will help us further our commitment to exceptional service across all of our operations as the favorite getaway in the Pacific Northwest."
Prior to his role as Lodge Manager, Anthony served as Director of Food and Beverage. Anthony joined Willows Lodge in 2014 and was quickly promoted to Director of Restaurant Outlets in August of 2014 and was quickly promoted to Director of Restaurant Outlets in August of 2014. He was then promoted to Director of Food & Beverage in September 2015 due to his ability to drive positive change, elevated guest service scores and achievement of record breaking revenues. Anthony has more than 20 years experience in the food and beverage and hotel industry.
