MORGAN LEE - Winemaker

Growing up in the Midwest, Morgan Lee never planned to make wine.  But during his senior year at Purdue University where he was in the hospitality management program, he took a wine appreciation course and his mind was forever changed.

In 2005, he headed to Michigan where he worked on his first wine grape harvest.  The next year he landed an internship at Columbia Crest where he worked alongside Juan Munoz-Oca.

By 2007, he joined David and Cindy Lawson at Covington Cellars as the assistant winemaker.  The primary focus at Covington Cellars is Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc and the Lawsons wanted to keep it that way.  As a way to explore different varieties, they decided to launch a second winery.  

In 2008, Donovan Claflin joined the team and in 2009 launched Two Vintners, which was named after Lee and Claflin.  Today Lee continues to produce award-winning wines.

BOBBY MOORE - Executive Chef Barking Frog

Working in restaurants since the age of 15, Chef Bobby always had a flair for the culinary arts.  Named Executive Chef of the Barking Frog in 2005, he helps his staff to stay ahead of national culinary trends and inspires his team to make the establishment one of the Northwest's premier restaurants.

Overseeing a destination restaurant in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country, Moore is blessed to be working in the Pacific Northwest where there is an abundance of fresh, local foods and produce right in his own backyard.  His menu reflects Northwest Regional cuisine where he seeks out the finest products locally to feature on his menu.

As a respected restaurateur, Bobby has a vast knowledge relative to the importance of wine and pairings with his culinary creations.  With the rise in popularity of Washington wines on the global stage, he can be seen as a huge advocate for our Woodinville wine industry which features some of the finest boutique wineries in the country.
