We are delighted that Governor Inslee is allowing small groups to meet safely again provided they are following the guidelines​ as laid out by his office. Willows Lodge is able to accommodate groups of up to 30% of our capacity in our various meeting rooms. 

Willows Lodge is the gathering place of choice for Seattle meetings, corporate retreats and special occasions all year round.  The amenities of our luxury Woodinville lodge and the high level of service from our experienced staff allow us to devote special attention to each occasion.

We have a variety of reception and banquet room options to accommodate groups up to 180 people. The Gilman Room is lovely for small intimate weddings. With two stone fireplaces, the room is warm and cozy. Natural sunlight streams into the room through the double patio doors that open onto the herb gardens. The Sammamish Ballroom is a prized spot for large meetings and weddings. Glass doors lead to our stunning herb gardens. Our cozy Burke Room, featuring a stone fireplace and outdoor patio, functions perfectly as a bridal suite.

The Cedar Room at Willows Lodge is one of the most unique and comfortable small retreat venues you will find in the Northwest.

It has large windows with views of our famous “cedar snag”, a stone fireplace and soft seating that lends perfectly for relaxed, brainstorming meetings by the fire.

We can also remove the furniture and bring in a large conference table for effective meetings that still have the comfort and ambience of Willows Lodge.

The Cedar Room is perfect for small retreats and intimate dinners for groups of up to 15 guests.

Duffy Electric Boats NW

Duffy Electric Boats NW features a six boat fleet of 21' Duffy Electric boats which are located in Kirkland’s Marina Park on Lake Washington. Prices start at $125 an hour with a two hour minimum,  and four hour maximum rental. Each boat holds 10 comfortably, up to 12 maximum.  No boater's permit required as the electric boats are less than 15hp.  Cruising at 7mph is perfect for conversation, connecting, and team-building, while enjoying the beauty of the Pacific NW. Bring your own food and drinks, connect your playlist to a great stereo, and let the summer breeze take you away!

Corks & Canvas

If your group loves wine and creative fun, we can arrange to have Corks and Canvas, a great local company, join us for two hours of painting artistry! Corks and Canvas will supply the canvas, brushes, paints, aprons, music and step-by-step instructions.

Golf
Willows Run Golf is a five minute drive away and offers four golf courses, including a par three, nine-hole course and an eighteen-hole themed putting course. Players of all abilities can enjoy a fun and competitive afternoon on the links.

For groups of up to 10, we are a quick walk, bike ride or skate away from an easy access point to the beautiful trail taking you to Redmond, Woodinville, Bothell or beyond. Our Guest Services team will provide cruiser bikes, helmets and directions as needed.

We offer several different wine tasting activities including “Wine 101” to educate your team; aroma and/or food-paired tastings to entice the senses; a blind wine-tasting game to ignite the competitive spirit; and many more.

Glass Fusion

This transformational experience pairs leaders and teams with horses to reach new levels of insight, teamwork and productivity. Why Horses?

Willows Lodge offers a broad selection of menu items but if you have special requests our Chefs will be happy to work with you on creating a signature menu. Please note our policies for plated meal selections listed below under guarantees and also on each plated menu page. The food, beverage and miscellaneous prices quoted are subject to a 24% service charge and applicable Washington State sales tax. These prices are subject to change without notice, but may be confirmed up to three months prior to your event. All food and beverages for your function must be obtained from Willows Lodge. Please inquire about alternative menus to accommodate COVID-19 requirements.
