Appointments:
To enjoy your Spa experience to the fullest, please arrive early if you would like to relax in the sauna and hot tub prior to your scheduled appointment. Otherwise you would only need to arrive about 5 minutes in advance to complete your paperwork.
Cancellations:
If you can’t make your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours (48 hours for Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Gratuities:
Gratuities may be given in appreciation for excellent service. A 20% gratuity will be added to parties of four or more people.
