Iron Vintner Challenge

They make great wine, but can they cook?

It's the event of the season – the one you've been waiting for all year… our 3rd Annual Iron Vintner Challenge where four Woodinville winemakers square off in a head-to-head cooking competition. Over the course of three weeks in June, our competitors will be put to the test to see who is the best cook and will ultimately be crowned our 2012 Iron Vintner. Come root for your favorite winemaker as they get thrown into action out on the patio of Fireside Cellars.

Barking Frog Chef Bobby Moore will serve as the emcee each evening to keep things lively. As he unveils the secret protein at the start of each event, the evening's competitors will have one hour to prepare an appetizer and an entrée to Wow each of our celebrity judges.

$50 per person for Rounds 1, 2 and the Championship. Tickets for each event sold separately. Advance tickets required.

Ticket price includes entrance to the event, commemorative wine glass, tasting samples from each competing winery with special reduce pricing on food & wine. A portion of the proceeds benefit our friends at Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center in Woodinville.

The 2012 Iron Vintner Challenge culminates with a salute to all of our winemakers who competed over the course of the event. It's your chance to taste the winning appetizer and entrée in this multi-course dinner paired with wines from Guardian Cellars, Barrage Cellars, Covington Cellars and Ross Andrew Winery. Have dinner with the winemakers and hear first-hand what they went through. It's an evening filled with fun, great food and outstanding wines. A portion of the proceeds benefit Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center.
