Located on the Sammamish River at the heart of Woodinville’s picturesque Wine Country, this luxury resort offers spectacular views of Mount Rainier and five acres of exquisitely landscaped grounds.

Our knowledgeable Catering staff will help you create a memorable experience, while our superior culinary team offers you the flexibility to create the perfect menu.  Whether it’s champagne and hors d’oeuvres or an extravagant dinner, our culinary staff makes every aspect of your occasion exceptional.

The Sammamish Ballroom and Foyer can accommodate a maximum of 180 people for receptions while the Garden Gazebo can comfortably seat up to 180 people for ceremonies and social gatherings. The Herbfarm Restaurant holds a garden tour near and around the Gazebo on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 6:30pm to 7:00pm and on Sunday afternoons from 4:00pm to 4:30pm. For this reason, we ask that ceremonies taking place on Sunday end by 4:00pm or start no earlier than 4:30pm.

Willows Lodge special occasion packages include: an overnight guest room, custom designed chairs, beautifully appointed tabletops with linens, china, flatware and glassware, complimentary dance floor, votive candle usage, cake cutting and parking.
