The Library

The Library at Willows Lodge is one of the most unique and comfortable small retreat venues you will find in the Northwest. It has large windows with views of our famous “cedar snag”, a stone fireplace and soft seating that lends perfectly for relaxed, brainstorming meetings by the fire. We can also remove the furniture and bring in a large conference table for effective meetings that still have the comfort and ambience of Willows Lodge. The Library is the perfect location for small retreats and intimate dinners for groups of up to 15 guests.

The Boardroom

Appointed with a striking wooden table, high-backed leather executive chairs, leather desk blotters, and a 50” plasma screen, the Boardroom is the perfect spot for an executive meeting or business dinner for up to 10 guests. It has a large window that looks out onto our beautifully landscaped courtyard, providing plenty of natural light to ensure a successful and productive event. The stunning wood-covered walls complete the Northwest feel of this intimate room.

The Burke Room

Our cozy Burke Room features a stone fireplace and an outdoor patio overlooking the lovely Fireside Cellars courtyard. The intimate room is ideal for small meetings and break-out sessions up to 10 people.

The Gilman Room

The Gilman Room is one of the most desirable event spaces at Willows Lodge. This fabulous space offers two lovely stone fireplaces that welcome you into this warm and cozy room. Guests enjoy the natural sunlight streaming into the room through the double patio doors. Adjourn to the private patio; sneak a breath a fresh air and head out to the award-winning herb gardens. Whether a small gathering or a company brainstorming session, the Gilman room offers a memorable experience for groups up to 40.

The Sammamish Ballroom

The Sammamish Ballroom and the adjoining herb garden patio are simply stunning options for your next conference. This dividable meeting room has everything you expect in terms of projection screens, natural lighting and high-speed wireless Internet access. It suits groups from 10 to 192 people. However, it’s the unexpected that makes this room so special. Our unique oval tables work perfectly for interactive meetings. Glass doors lead to our stunning gardens, providing opportunities for lunch or break-out meetings “alfresco.” Our amazing banquet staff provide thoughtful, detail-oriented service.
