Team Play

With Willows Lodge as the host, our professional staff, and the beauty of the Woodinville Valley as the backdrop, we’re certain that a memorable and exciting experience is in store for your whole group. No matter what the season, we will work with you to provide a program that best suits your group. Game on!

Some of our group programs include:

The Totally Amazing (and not so serious) Race

Olympics for the rest of us! Ok, well, not really Olympics because that would require training and stuff… but, lot’s of challenging games spread out all over the grass field. Which team will be the first to finish? Compete for fame and glory, with low-key events, where skill and time will seal your fate. Participants will compete in events that may include Keypunch Matrix, Pipeline, Alligator Pit, and Glass Tower. Will your team take home the title of Tournament Champions?

The Challenge Course

Guests will walk out to our state-of-the-art high challenge course (5 minute travel). They will then get geared up to climb, laugh, learn, and quite possibly grow a bit. Combine ropes, cables, heights, and a beautiful outdoor setting with activities that are both fun and exhilarating, for an afternoon of adventure. Our course makes for a great social recreation activity. Additionally, we can incorporate teambuilding or leadership training objectives into this event, which can later be utilized in the workplace.

Build-A-Hole Putting Challenge

It's always the right time to play golf, even if there’s no golf course around. However, before you can play, you have to build your course. This activity encourages teams to think outside the box. Teams will receive a variety of materials to design and construct one of the holes needed to complete a putting course. Upon completion, individuals will tee it up. Who will beat par on this course?

Build-A-Boat Race

If you are seeking an event that focuses on teamwork and communication, then this boat-building program is the event for you. The group will be divided into a number of teams. Each team will be responsible for constructing and floating a boat. (Limited materials supplied.) This program is a unique group dynamics event, but can also be just for fun. Now where did we put that sunscreen?!

Ready...Set...Break!

Need a break? Our staff can re-energize your attendees with these 10 to 15 minute meeting enhancements. These activities are flexible and can often be quite comical.
