Willows Lodge Announces Completion of Spa Renovation
Willows Lodge, a Northwest style lodge located in the heart of Washington's Woodinville Wine Country, announces completion of a renovation to the property's full-service onsite spa, The Spa at Willows Lodge. The renovation included the addition of a relaxation room, treatment room, steam room and shower facility in addition to an array of aesthetic updates such as refurbished landscaping in the Jacuzzi courtyard, exterior water feature, retail product and application testing area, and more.

Willows Lodge Recognized by Travel + Leisure as one of the World's Best on Annual T+L 500 List
Willows Lodge, a Northwest retreat located in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country, was recognized by Travel + Leisure readers as one of the world's best hotels on its annual T+L 500 List, based on readers' polls. Willows Lodge was ranked Number 1 in Washington State with an overall score of 92.36.

Willows Lodge Pastry Chef to be Featured at Legendary James Beard House, New York
For the seventh consecutive year, chefs from Benchmark Hospitality International have been invited to cook at the storied James Beard House in New York City. The seven-course Benchmark chef's dinner, entitled "A Tour of Italy with Fork, Knife and Glass," will take place Thursday, December 15, 2011. Featured chefs from fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels & resorts operated by Benchmark Hospitality will be Renato de Pirro, executive chef of Ristorante Cavour at Hotel Granduca in Houston; Alan Gould, executive chef of Nine18, the Villas at Grand Cypress Resort, Orlando; Michael Jackson, executive chef for Deloitte University, Dallas; Francisco (Paco) Aceves, executive chef of Stonewall Resort and Stillwaters Restaurant in Weston, West Virginia; and Matt Kelley, pastry chef for The Barking Frog at Willows Lodge in Woodinville, Washington.

Willows Lodge, a Northwest retreat located in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country, was recognized by Travel + Leisure in its annual "World’s Best Awards" for 2011, based on readers’ polls. Willows Lodge was ranked Number 77 on the "Top 100 Hotels" in the world and Number 12 on the "Top Resorts" in the United States and Canada. "We are thrilled to be recognized on this prestigious list," said Shaun Tucker, general manager, Willows Lodge. "Being named in a top spot on any reader-generated list, voted on by the travelers themselves, is truly an honor."

Willows Lodge, a Northwest retreat in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country, announces results from the second annual Iron Vintner Challenge which took place throughout the month of June 2011. The event raised $30,000 for Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center to support its mission to improve the bodies, minds and spirits of children and adults with disabilities through equine-assisted therapy. This is more than double the amount raised since the event started last year...

Willows Lodge announces electric vehicle charging services for guests and employees
Willows Lodge, located in the heart of Washington's Woodinville Wine Country, announces the installation of two ChargePoint® Networked charging stations for guests and employees. The ChargePoint charging stations are part of Coulomb Technologies’ $37 million ChargePoint America program, which offers thousands of free EV charging stations for public and home charging to individuals and businesses. Willows Lodge is the first hotel in Washington State to be included in the program.

Debuting in the June 2011 issue, the 21st annual Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Spa Poll reveals that the Spa at Willows Lodge is one of the “Top 100 Resort Spas – U.S. Mainland” and ranks number 86 on the list. This is the second consecutive year that Willows Lodge has received this distinction.

Willows Lodge and The Good Night Foundation awarded a $1,500 grant this month to local nonprofit Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center. The funds were raised through $3 per stay guest contributions collected over a six-month period. The Good Night Foundation is Willows Lodge’s philanthropic partner in structuring these fundraising efforts.
